I am a resident of Palm Island, a bridgeless barrier island on Florida's Gulf Coast just south of Englewood and north of Placida, and formerly resided on Orcas Island in Washington State's San Juan Islands.  After 17 years of island waterfront living, I truly understand the unique requirements of island and waterfront real estate.  I specialize in Palm Island and Don Pedro Island real estate, as well as, mainland waterfront properties, second homes, resort properties, condominiums, golf course homes, and single family resales.

I joined the staff of professional REALTORS at Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty's Englewood office in July, 2005.   In 2009, I was awarded my broker associate's license after passing the FL State brokers exam and also earned the Graduate of REALTOR institute and Accredited Buyers Representative designations in the same year. 

Prior to real estate, my professional experience included 16 years as the owner and manager of a fundraising distribution business in Seattle, Washington.  I further served as an officer and member of the Board of Directors for the Association of Fund Raising Distributors and Suppliers for 10 years.  Prior to fundraising, I was a lending officer for Seattle-First National Bank in Seattle, Washington.

I live on Palm Island with my husband Peter, who is a landscaper and owner of Palm Island Palms, a Florida friendly and native tree nursery, and my two kitties, Nick and Molly.  In my spare time, I am an avid photographer of wildlife (particularly birds) and seascapes and enjoy golf, tennis, sailing, kayaking, and daily beach walks.
